At Soul to Soul Doula, we reserve time, availability, and resources for each family we serve. Because of the nature of doula services, all payments follow the policy below.

Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your due date, service window, and the doula’s on-call availability.

Birth Packages:
If a client cancels services after the agreement is signed, any payments made beyond the deposit may be partially refunded at the discretion of Soul to Soul Doula, based on services already provided (such as consultations, prenatal visits, or planning sessions).
If the doula is unable to attend the birth due to circumstances beyond control, a qualified backup doula will be offered. If no backup is available, a partial refund may be issued.

Postpartum Packages:
Postpartum services may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of that session.
Unused postpartum hours or visits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Special Circumstances:
Refunds related to medical complications, early delivery, or other unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with compassion and fairness.
