Meet with Doula Emry virtually to discuss personalized birth and postpartum support. This consultation is an opportunity to share your goals, ask questions, and discover how our hands-on care, overnight support, and nourishing meal services can make your transition into parenthood smoother and more supported.
Cancellation Policy
Soul to Soul Doula understands that plans can change. Please review the cancellation policy below before booking services. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Postpartum Nourishment Policy A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your postpartum meal prep date. The remaining balance is due prior to the scheduled service. If grocery shopping is provided on your behalf, a 20% reimbursement fee will be added to cover shopping time and coordination, in addition to the cost of groceries. All retainers and deposits are non-refundable. Birth support fees are non-refundable once the on-call period begins, regardless of changes in birth plans or outcomes.
