TERMS & CONDITIONS
Soul to Soul Doula provides non-medical doula support, education, and related services during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Our care is emotional, physical, and informational in nature and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
Clients are responsible for receiving care from a licensed healthcare provider, such as an obstetrician, midwife, or other qualified medical professional.
Booking & Payments
A signed service agreement and deposit are required to reserve services. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms outlined in your client agreement.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellation, rescheduling, or early delivery policies are outlined in the service agreement.
Scope of Practice
Soul to Soul Doula:

Provide non-medical support only

Do not perform clinical or medical procedures

Do not diagnose or treat medical conditions

Encourage communication with licensed healthcare providers
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate contact and health information

Maintain regular care with a licensed provider

Notify their doula promptly of labor or scheduling changes
Liability
Soul to Soul and its team members are not responsible for medical outcomes. By using our services, clients acknowledge that doula care is supportive and non-clinical.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared with Soul to Soul is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes, unless disclosure is required by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
